“During the week ending October 20, 1973, the top QW=DOT position at South Works was held by the Alloy Bar Department whose combined efforts reached a fine 100% performance. Cited for their part in this performance is the Finishing End Team and some of its members with Asst. Gen. Supt. Vic Lindberg.”
